Preparation Method

Our Satay Platter is prepared through these careful steps:

Absolutely delicious! The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the peanut sauce was perfectly balanced - not too sweet, not too spicy. I especially loved the mutton satay - it had such a rich flavor. The ketupat was also excellent!

This satay platter was the highlight of our family dinner! Everyone loved the variety of meats, and the peanut sauce was so good we were practically drinking it. The meat had that authentic charcoal-grilled flavor that's hard to find outside of Singapore. Will definitely order again!

As someone who grew up in Malaysia, I'm quite picky about my satay, but this was excellent! The marinade had all the right notes - lemongrass, turmeric, and that hint of sweetness. The meat was juicy and not at all dry, which can be a problem with satay. I appreciate the inclusion of traditional ketupat too!
